These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of Pure Launcher ("the app", "we", "us" or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using Pure Launcher, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
1. License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use Pure Launcher on devices you own or control, solely for your own use and in accordance with these Terms and the Google Play Terms of Service.
2. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the app, except as permitted by law.
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the app, unless applicable law permits it.
- Use the app in any unlawful way or to infringe the rights of others.
- Attempt to circumvent, disable, or interfere with security-related features of the app.
3. Advertising
Pure Launcher may display advertisements served by Google Ads. Your interaction with ads may be subject to Google's terms and policies. We do not offer in-app purchases or subscriptions through the app.
4. Third-Party Content and Services
The app may display content or rely on services provided by third parties (for example, app icons supplied by other apps, Google Ads, or configuration delivered from our servers). We are not responsible for third-party content or services, and your use of them may be subject to separate terms.
5. Permissions
Pure Launcher requests certain device permissions to function as a launcher, including permission to query installed packages and internet access for app configuration and Google Ads. See our Privacy Policy for details.
6. Updates and Availability
We may update, modify, or discontinue the app or any of its features at any time without notice. We do not guarantee that the app will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. You use the app at your own risk.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or device functionality, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the app.
9. Termination
These Terms remain in effect while you use the app. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Effective date" above. Your continued use of the app after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
